King & Queen Lee are so proud of their son when they return from the long journey visiting their daughter.

Prince Elder Esau stands proudly by his report, "Yes, I single-handedly settled the uprising of the Women's Movement. Now they are selling clothing in the courtyards of every local kingdom ...and the women seem happy.  Of course, they can't all afford it, but I price the clothes for ten times as much as it is worth, then tell them it is 90% off.  They can't help themselves, and buy more that way. And when they still can't afford it ...well, I tell them they can get it on credit. The husband will then incur their wife's debt ...and will have to work our farms to pay off the debt.  Meanwhile, as the husbands are so busy working the farms ...their wives have all the more time to shop for clothing and play dress up, putting them more in debt.  We will have enough workers to work the farm until the end of time."

Prince Elder Esau did not verbalize to his parents how he really felt about the farmers ...critical to the working of the soil, he thought of the farm workers as no better than worms. And he thought as little of his brother as he did the farm hands.

Joseph Jacob also did not say anything ...though he knew the truth.  That is because he was a part of the truth. Unlike his elder brother, Joseph Jacob had spent much time with the common people ...and he had told Kohl about the misunderstanding with the two Esthers, during the sudden uprising. Joseph Jacob knew his own brother would not listen to him, but he knew Kohl was one of the smoothest talkers in the kingdom ...and if anyone could convince his brother, Kohl could. Meanwhile, as Kohl was talking to Prince Elder Esau, Joseph Jacob was talking to the women.

Bloggers Note: Which person do you feel would better be qualified to rule the kingdom as the next heir to the throne??

Elder Esau??

or

Joseph Jacob??
